Our Story
From the Land of Kagawa
Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture.
A mild Seto Inland Sea climate and soil ideally suited to bonsai cultivation
have nurtured a bonsai culture here since the Edo period.
Today, more than 80% of all pine bonsai sold in Japan
are grown right here in Kagawa.
Kagawa Bonsai works alongside artisans who carry on this tradition,
tending to each individual tree with patience and care over time.
